Medical Liaison Officer
Harbour Radiology is a non-corporate Radiology practice with branches in North and South West Sydney. At Harbour Radiology, high quality of care and excellent service to our patients is our primary focus. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Liaison Officer to join our team, focused on growth in southwest Sydney. The appropriate candidate will promote our services to our referring medical team including general practitioners (GPs), medical specialists, and allied health practitioners. You will be responsible for managing and assisting us in building a strong relationship with existing referrers and creating new relationships with the aim to increase referrals in your area of focus. Experience in Radiology Marketing is greatly appreciated.
To be considered you must have:
- Medical sales and territory management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with medical practitioners, allied health services, and patients
- Strong leadership, team-first attitude, and dedication to business growth
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze data
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal and written skills
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence is required
Your responsibilities are:
- Developing and managing strong relationships with our referring practitioners
- Drive growth in sales revenue in your territory Communicating effectively with all internal stakeholders including radiologists and business manager
- Providing referrer feedback and sharing market trends with internal stakeholders including management and radiologists
- Social media, google, and website management
- Basic IT knowledge of medical software used in GP and specialist clinics Assist us in organizing educational events for referring practitioners
Receptionist
Harbour Radiology is a non-corporate Radiology practice with branches in North and South West Sydney.
Harbour Radiology offers a comprehensive range of services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, DEXA, Mammogram, X-ray, OPG, and interventional procedures to our patients.
This position is for a casual or permanent full-time medical receptionist in Hoxton park and Austral.
To be considered you must have: A high level of professionalism, excellent telephone manner, strong computer skill and abilities in dealing with various people in a complex environment. Experience in a medical or radiology practice will be highly regarded. A caring attitude that enjoys being part a team and a genuine care for patients.
About the role:
- Training provided by a friendly and supportive team
- Answering the phone, welcoming and managing patients appointment.
- Booking appointments and providing information about the radiology procedures to patients.
- Ability for learn fast and accurate typing.
- Greeting of patients on arrival of appointment.
- Communication with medical practices, liaising with referrers, and patients.
- Managing invoicing/receipting including Medicare billing
Sonographer
Harbour Radiology is a non-corporate Radiology practice with branches in North and South West Sydney.
This position advertisement is for a permanent full Time, part time or casual sonographer in Lane cove or North Sydney area.

- Ability to work in a dedicated and highly skilled team. Training and supervision of student sonographer.
